Deliveries are scheduled within business hours (10 am to 8 pm) and we will contact you by phone before delivery. Please note that an adult signature is required for each item in the order upon delivery. If there are any changes to the delivery address, please inform us prior to delivery.
What happens if I am not available at the delivery address during delivery?
We will contact you by phone before delivering to your location.
Can someone else sign for the delivery on my behalf?
Other members of your household can sign for the delivery, but they will be required to provide some form of identification.
Partial Delivery
When purchasing multiple items from VibroKW in a single order, it is possible that certain items may not be available for immediate delivery. In such cases, a partial delivery will be made, meaning you will receive only a portion of your entire order. No additional delivery fee will be charged for subsequent deliveries.
Out-of-Stock Items
Any out-of-stock items in your order will be automatically delivered separately.
